Content Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

1. What this covers

This policy applies to everything you post on Fixture360 that other people can see β€” fixture comments and replies, your display name, and any other community features we add later. It sits alongside our Terms of Service; where the two overlap, the Terms take precedence.

2. The basics

Fixture360 is a place to talk about football matches and the numbers behind them. Disagree as much as you like β€” about a prediction, a model, a team, a result. Keep it about the football, not the person you're replying to.

3. What isn't allowed

  • Anything illegal β€” content that breaks UK law, or encourages others to break it.
  • Abuse and harassment β€” personal attacks, pile-ons, threats, or repeatedly targeting another user.
  • Hate speech β€” content attacking people over race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. This includes football-tribal abuse that crosses into any of the above.
  • Spam and advertising β€” promotional posting, affiliate links, referral codes, paid tipster promotion, or link-dropping to drive traffic elsewhere.
  • Selling tips or soliciting money β€” offering paid predictions, asking users to fund your bets, or advertising a tipping service.
  • Unlicensed gambling promotion β€” links to or promotion of operators not licensed in the user's jurisdiction.
  • Claims of insider information or match-fixing β€” including "guaranteed" or "fixed" outcomes.
  • Other people's private information β€” names, addresses, phone numbers, workplaces or images shared without consent.
  • Impersonation β€” display names or content presenting you as Fixture360 staff, a club, a player, or another user.
  • Sexual, graphic or shock content β€” none of it belongs here.
  • Evading enforcement β€” creating a new account after being banned.

4. Gambling and harm

Fixture360 is 18+ and publishes statistical predictions, not betting advice. Don't post content that pressures other people to bet, mocks users for losses, or encourages chasing losses. If gambling is causing you or someone else harm, please read our Responsible Gambling page β€” it lists free, confidential UK support services.

5. Reporting content

When you're signed in, every comment except your own carries a Report link. Use it β€” reports go straight to a moderation queue we review, and the person you report is never told who reported them. If you're not signed in, or it's something urgent or bigger than a single comment, use the contact form.

If you believe content is illegal rather than just against this policy, say so in your report β€” it gets looked at first.

6. What happens when this policy is broken

Depending on how serious it is and whether it has happened before, we may remove the content, warn the account, restrict it from posting, or ban it permanently. Serious cases β€” threats, content involving children, anything illegal β€” skip straight to a ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

We remove content at our discretion and don't guarantee that everything reported will be removed, or that everything left up has been reviewed.

7. Appeals

If your content was removed or your account restricted and you think we got it wrong, get in touch and tell us why. A person will look at it again.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the site grows. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version, and continuing to post means accepting it.
